Snow in Rome is a rather rare event: the last century are mentioned only two snowfalls history, that of '56, which was sung by Mia Martini (and that paralyzed the city for nine days) and that of '71. For the rest
 little stuff.
This year, however, is already happened twice, but if the first one I lost because the trains are blocked, yesterday I was able to enjoy it all.
enjoy it enough to get past the Paturnie photograph well and my (ex) excavation. But
proceed in order: at the station (with "only" forty minutes late) I find the fountain in Piazza della Repubblica completely frozen:

(I was late and did not feel like tempting fate with a bold cross)

The rest is commentary: lunchtime he started to snow (although it all lasted barely an hour), and I took advantage of the lunch break for me to walk in Via dei Fori Imperiali. The result:

  The tree of Piazza Venezia

  Palazzo Venezia

 Fori Imperiali

 My first love

The image I always wanted to see

My home for four long years

 house again

One detail that would have liked to Marcos

I will not say it was easy, take these photos, because it was not.
Because for most of the way home I cried. Why
a bit 'I miss that life, even if I did more harm than good. Why not
is only a matter of theory, study, archeology or anything, but because there simply I lived.
  Friendship, love, jealousy, sorrow.
  Feelings.
